Henderson Concert Band
was once a military band many years ago.
The band was renamed to Henderson Concert Band in 1995.
Throughout the years, Henderson Concert Band had grown alot.
In 1998, Mr Badrul Hisham took over the band as our Band Director
and Mr Faizal Bin Othman became our Assistant Band Director.
Till today, the band has a strength of 52 members.

HSSBAND BBQ has been confirmed and booked. It will be held at East Coast Park on 19 june to 20 june. It will start on 19 June at around 6pm to the nxt day 7.30am. Overnighting is optional.
ALL alumni are invited to the BBQ.

HSSBAND Annual Investiture
ALL ALUMNI, please take note that the annual investiture will be held in the PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE (PAC), 21/6/07. The PAC is located at the ground floor at the NE square (Formal Study corner). The investiture will start at 2100 and end at 2300 hours. Before that, we will be having full band in the band room. ALL ALUMNI are invited to come for the investiture. Your presence will be much appreciated. =)
As this is the first year we will be helding our investiture in the PAC, please also take note that NO foods and sweet drinks will be allowed in the PAC. Thanks for your co-operation and understanding.

PLEASE take note that for the holiday practices, you will have to report at 7.45am at the study corner first and NOT 8am. Notice have been put up at our band noticeboard TODAY,Monday,21/5/07. Thus, INVALID REASONS FOR BEING LATE FOR BAND WILL NT BE ENTERTAINED AND NORMAL PUNISHMENTS WILL BE GIVEN. (SECTIONS WRITING LINES)!

Please hand in your consent forms for the band practices during the holidays ASAP!
